Delivery time

Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. through Saturday will ship the same day(excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will ship on the next business day.

We offer Express shipping and Standard delivery.

Express shipping is overnight(24hrs) and standard delivery is 3 business days. All parcels are discreet and secure. (jiffy bags and boxes or envelopes).

Shipping fee

Standard delivery is free and $8 USD on all express deliveries. orders. And all national orders should be delivered within 48 hours from our experience.

Lost Parcels

Please do well to contact us if your package has not been delivered within 3 working days and 5 working days for the rest of the world and we will look into this. Please include your order ID and your tracking number in your message to us.

Tracking your Order

You can simply track your order from our website directly and also get relevant tracking information or log in to your preferred courier website and track shipment, and view the current status of your order. You will also receive an email immediately after we ship out your order detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email detailing your order please check your Junk Mail folder.
